  Flat sawing is a fast and efficient concrete cutting method used for cutting horizontal surfaces such as concrete slabs, floors, bridge decks, and pavements.

  MC is equipped to cut asphalt or concrete up to 18 inches in depth with our Gasoline and Diesel-powered saws.

  We also can cut indoors where fumes are not tolerated with or Electric 480v 3 phase flat saws up to 12 inches in depth.

  Core drilling, also known as concrete coring, is the process of drilling a circular hole in a concrete wall or floor.

  This procedure is done to help in the completion of electrical wiring, plumbing, sprinkler systems, HVAC ducts, manhole taps and many other projects which may run through concrete walls, floors or other concrete structures.

  MC can drill 1/2 - 48 inch diameter holes any depth. Larger sizes available for special projects.

  MC uses hydraulic and 480v 3 phase electric track mounted wall saws to ensure straight cuts. Our wall saws can cut up to 29 inches in depth.

  We use wall sawing when creating openings through reinforced concrete walls and slabs, in addition to numerous other applications. Wall saws are known not only for their precision cuts and speed, but also for their safety.

  Using MC's GPR service we can safely and accurately locate the position and depth of metallic and non-metallic objects in concrete structures, including rebar, conduit, post tension cables, voids, and service utilities up to 24 inches in depth. GPR scanning helps to reduce safety risks, financial exposure, and costly delays in concrete renovations.

  Our GPR techs are factory trained and experienced to identify and mark these potential problems before you start cutting, coring, or digging.
